At Faizy Men’s Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Undergarments or personal wear items (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
